Begin your morning on the stunning 30th-floor rooftop patio of Stantec Tower with a Pilates session led by Jan, Nuvé Pilates Instructor. Surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of Edmonton's skyline, you'll enjoy an energizing and accessible class suitable for all experience levels.

Following the Pilates session, you'll take part in a hands-on floral design experience with Eugenia, owner and lead florist of Ma Chérie Floral Design. Using a curated selection of premium seasonal Dutch blooms flown in directly from the Netherlands, you'll learn the art of bouquet making and create your own hand-tied bouquet to take home.
